Ipswich Speedway - A decade in pictures
During
a ten year period, I travelled extensively throughout the UK capturing
the highs and the lows of Ipswich Witches fortunes, as they competed
in the Sky Sports Elite League.
A decade in pictures brings together some of my
favourite images from that period, with over 250 high quality
images in full colour.
The book begins with a look at the treble winning
year of 1998, where with three of the top six riders in the world
the Witches were dominant, sweeping aside all challenges on their
way to the Elite League, Knock Out Cup and Craven Shield and ends
with a showcase of the 2008 side.
In between there are loads of wheelies, crashes
and action images featuring many of the riders who have worn a
Witches race suit during those seasons.
Including many previously unseen images this book
is packed with team photos, final league tables and rider averages
for every year and is a book that no Witches fan will want to
be without.
